A small batch dry white Vermouth created with grapes grown in England and a secret blend of seven English botanicals including Cornish Chamomile, Gorse flowers foraged from the Ashdown forest and Lemon Verbena grown at home in East Sussex. The fusion of herbal and floral aromas are complimented by underlying apple and citrus notes from the base wine.
Fresh and pure on the palate, but also exhibiting a subtle sweetness, each of our Vermouths are ideal to drink on their own as an aperitif or digestif, combined with quality traditional mixers, or as a versatile cocktail ingredient.
